Adam revisits an article about light poles in San Francisco falling over because of urine damage. Adam then talks about the Jet Center in Van Nuys, CA and Dawson reads some tweets from celebrities and politicians who reacted too hastily to Jussie Smollett’s claims. Adam responds to a voicemail talking about when apartments were considered cool and the gang plays a cold weather-themed round of ‘The Rotten Tomatoes Game’. They also relisten to their initial reactions to the Jussie Smollett story back in January 2019.

Adam begins today’s show talking with Bryan and Gina about Football Sundays, Kate McKinnon’s Verizon commercials, and Chicago’s new homicide record. Later they discuss an article from the NY Post about a transgender swimmer shattering women’s records. Before the break, LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva joins the podcast to address progressive policies backfiring, speaking up when things aren’t working, pushing against vaccine mandates, and the cities that are doing it right.

At the top of the show, Adam tells Bryan and Gina about the new documentary, ‘Adrienne’ which tells the tragic story of indie filmmaker Adrienne Shelly. Gina then talks about the new musical ‘Tick, Tick, Boom’, and Adam teases a bit he’ll be doing with Dave Dameshek later in the podcast.
