Adam opens today’s show reflecting on his unlikely path to the podcasting biz. The guys then take some fan phone calls to celebrate to big accomplishment of releasing 3000 podcasts, and they go on to chat about James ‘Babydoll’ Dixon, vaping on airplanes, and shutting down Super Bowl parties. Next up, the guys listen to another Rich Banks song commemorating the last 1000 episodes, and reminisce about some of the great moments they’ve forgotten over the years.

At the top of the show, the guys listen to a brand new song by Rich Banks about approaching the 3000th episode of The Adam Carolla Show. Adam then talks with Bryan and Gina about Dave Ramsey’s controversial statements about stimulus checks, and they go on to talk about the importance of diversifying what you do. Adam also rants about teachers’ unions using a color code to avoid going back to work, which leads to a larger conversation about panicking over COVID instead of properly planning. Ross Novie then joins the show to continue to theme, and to talk about his efforts to reopen schools in Los Angeles.

Adam and Gina are joined by Adam Ray and open the show discussing Adam’s methodology of rooting for fighters in UFC fights. They also discuss the vast difference in physiques between female UFC fighters and the ring girls that accompany their fights. Adam also recounts his experience taking Sonny out to breakfast and dining outdoors alongside diners wearing double masks until their food arrives. They also review Jill Biden’s placement of hearts painted with positive messages on the White House lawn in honor of Valentine’s Day.

Adam begins today’s show posing questions about the lyrics in the Shaft theme song. The guys then share Roomba stories, and Producer Chris enters the studio to talk about his wedding still being on hold thanks to COVID. Bald Bryan also talks about taking the family up to the snow this weekend. The guys then respond to Trending Topics about Taylor Swift, drunk Tom Brady, defending Britney Spears, and entries for a new segment called the ‘Cornfield Countdown’. Before the break, Adam rants about cancel culture and China.

As the show opens up, Adam addresses the phrase ‘worry wart’, and tells Bryan and Gina about teaching Sonny to box. Adam then takes listener calls about the Super Bowl being stolen, and discusses the fact that ‘Uppity: The Willy T. Ribbs Story’ continues to make ‘Best Of’ lists, despite being closed out of all the film festivals. They also chat with a caller about retiring after working at a paper mill, and Adam complains about the state of the freeway behind the studio. Before the break, the guys talk with callers about kids playing video games, people who create their own odd identities, and how free education works in other countries.

Adam opens today’s podcast talking about Natalia having a Zoom party with her classmates while their dog Phil was causing his usual chaos in the house. He then rants about schools still being closed in California, and teases that work is beginning on his 6th book. Rob Schneider then calls in to talk with Adam about Texas vs. California during lockdowns, thoughts on the My Pillow guy, and performing with John Cleese. Later they chat about his new movie, working Adam Sandler, and awkward stories about renting pornos. Before hanging up, Adam pitches a movie idea for Rob to star in.

Later they talk about how football and the military are similar, and Adam brings up his latest haircut experience. The group also discusses the story of a NY Times writer forced to retire after repeating a racial slur, which leads to a larger conversation about everyone being wished into the cornfield. Before the break, Bald Bryan brings up his favorite ‘Sportsball’ tweets from the past weekend, and the guys go through some of the more memorable Super Bowl commercials.

Adam, Gina, and Bryan chat about their anticipation for The Super Bowl and some of the betting odds. Adam then declares he has moved on from watching The Love Boat to now watching Charlie’s Angels. Listeners call the show about a questionable Queens of the Stone Age bumper sticker, Kim Kardashian, and family crests. Lastly, Kevin Hench calls in to reveal if he, a New England fan, will be rooting for Tom Brady.

Later they ask him about whether or not he’ll run for some type of political office, and Pitbull explains why we need better leaders. Before the break, Adam asks Pitbull about becoming co-owner of a NASCAR team.
