At the top of the pod, Adam talks with Bryan and Gina about the mask mandate finally going away in Los Angeles, despite some very confusing messaging. He then rants about the effectiveness of face masks, and plays a clip (as well as reaction clips) from a recent event where Florida Governor Ron DeSantis told kids they could take their masks off. Adam also chats with some listener callers, and the guys welcome comedian Felipe Esparza to the studio. The guys discuss comedian Byron Allen, as well as Felipe’s upbringing in Mexico, and living in some rougher parts of California as well. Gina, Bryan, and Kyle Dunnigan join the show next and Adam has a chat with “President Joe Biden.” After that, the gang plays a round of ‘Blah Blah Blog.’ Gina reports on today’s news stories including: Hollywood turning the song “Baby Shark” into a movie, an upcoming Michael Jackson biopic being developed, an LA man arrested after attempting to open the airplane door mid-flight, a world record broken for wet sponges to the face, and a teen who froze his nipples off with Axe body spray because of a dare. As the show wraps, Adam takes suggestions for a round of ‘Adam Carolla is Unprepared’.

Adam also addresses his strained relationship with execs at HBO, and plays a Sting song from the 80s that’s still relevant today. From there, the guys talk about the life of John Ritter. Suzanne Somers is on the show next, and Adam chats with her about her property in Palm Springs, as well as her thoughts on John Ritter. Later, they talk more about the behind the scenes of Three’s Company, Suzanne’s Award-winning run in Las Vegas, and the circumstances surrounding her posing for Playboy.
