Adam welcomes blues rock guitarist and singer Jimmie Vaughan to the show to discuss Jimmie’s new documentary ‘Brothers in Blues’.  He talks about his brother, Stevie Ray Vaughan and their various tragedies and glories on their musical path to success.  He briefly touches on his brother’s tragic death and how that relates to their father as well.  He then reminisces about opening for Jimi Hendrix at only 14 years old before playing some live blues on the show. 

Adam welcomes country music star Wheeler Walker Jr. to chat about his new album and the decline of Los Angeles and Nashville. They talk about electric cars and take a deep dive into the music of Yoko Ono.  Wheeler then debuts his new single “Born to Fuck”. They talk to comedian Harland Williams to discuss all things Burning Man and Harland gives his firsthand account of the experience. He shares the difference between reality vs some of the news coverage before they discuss orgy tents and the “sharing economy” unique to the event.

Adam welcomes comedian Michael Yo and they both begin with some industry wisdom they’ve gleaned along the way.  Adam shares early career advice from Jimmy Kimmel.  Both comedians  talk about childhood and their upbringing, with Michael divulging how he’d try and avoid beatings from his father.  Both Adam and Michael say they’ve tried to be better parents than what they experienced growing up.  Hilarity ensues as they debate certain black vs white criminals where some NFL players are discussed as well as the Danny Masterson debacle.

Adam welcomes radio personality and voice actor Phil Hendrie for a comical look at some ‘Crank Yankers’ prank calls, as well as some of Phil’s classic voices and characters that were so realistic people thought they were in fact, real.  We find he essentially created the original ‘Karen’ with one of his character voices.  We also hear a hilarious clip of a past radio host blasting Adam, in which Adam explains the nature of the entire misunderstanding.

Adam welcomes political commentator, and friend Tucker Carlson to the show where we learn that Tucker is grateful to have been fired, as he’s immensely enjoyed the freedom to travel in the interim.  Tucker shares that he regrets supporting the war in Iraq, how the CIA not having adequate oversight is a threat to Democracy, and he bets his house that we’ll go to war with Russia and the devastating consequences to follow.  Tucker succinctly shares how much the media depends on the government and how that influences the news we’re all spoonfed.  Adam also has Tucker go into detail about his interview with Trump, and how Trump’s immediate environments strongly influence what kind of interview he gives. Tucker shares some personal insight about Trump as a person vs the politician and businessman.

Adam Carolla welcomes presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy for an engaging conversation about the state of our Nation and politics today as well as Vivek’s unique run in the upcoming presidential race.  Adam and Vivek relate on such topics as our media and politicians race baiting, Affirmative Action, and the principles of America that really matter vs the ‘woke smoke’ that currently prevails.  Vivek also has some singeing criticisms of President Biden.
