Adam shares a story from a recent haircut which prompts Craig to talk about a friend whose life was ruined from a gerbilling rumor.

Dave Dameshek teases that he has named this year’s “Fruit of The Year.” This brings Adam to share a new idea that he thinks would innovate the pizza industry. Next, Deaf Frat Guy calls in for a round of JV or All Balls. Afterwards, Dameshek finally reveals his “Fruit of the Year.” Chris then shares some news stories on The Clippers new fan section in their upcoming arena and viral press conferences featuring Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ coach Todd Bowles and UFC fighter Sean Strickland.

Comedian Taylor Williamson joins the show and talks about growing up a fan of Loveline. The guys chat about NFL helmets and Adam shares a recent predicament he had with his car at a gas station. Next, Taylor recalls a HOA meeting he attended before the guys chat about first names, and appropriate footwear for one’s height. Chris shares a couple of news stories about a guy suing multiple women for negative dating reviews and Hulk Hogan rescuing a teenager from a flipped car.

Orny Adams joins the show as Adam remembers critic Tom Shales, who recently passed. They go over Tom’s scathing review of ‘The Man Show’ while Adam and his staff argue over a production issue. Adam then talks about watching the Emmys as well as Furious 7 last night, which prompted him to send text messages to a few of the people involved.  Next, the guys recap the Emmy awards broadcast, highlighting various moments like Anthony Anderson’s mom, RuPaul’s acceptance speech, and the Grey’s Anatomy reunion. They guys talk about other news stories as well including a federal ban on humorous freeway sign messages and a crackdown on dirt bike / ATV riders in Miami-Dade.

Jiaoying Summers and Dr. Drew for a discussion about Colin Kaepernick, Jiaoying’s mom, and the comedy clubs that Jiaoyoing owns. Adam shows similarities between Whoopi Goldberg and football reporters, citing a famous John McKay quote. The gang discusses some of the differences between China and Japan before Adam shows a video that furthers his paintball gun theory. Drew has some questions about China and the group talks about an impressive Chinese replica of Paris.

Jim Florentine returns to the show and Adam expresses his amazement with drummers who can sing as they watch a video of Grand Funk Railroad. The guys also chat about groupies and Jennifer Lopez. Next, Chris reports the news on an A.I. generated George Carlin special, Britney Spears not making music, Selena Gomez playing Linda Ronstadt in an upcoming biopic, Bill Belichick leaving the Patriots, a woman catfished into poisoning her husband’s soup, and Steve Martin defending Jo Koy’s Golden Globes performance.
