Show Summary
Today’s show begins with Adam complaining to Bryan and Gina about how his parents never seem to care about his career accomplishments. He also talks about watching ‘Sunset Blvd.’ for the first time, and Gina brings in her cranberry sauce recipe to sample. Later, the guys take calls round of ‘Tales From The Cheap: Holiday Edition’. Before the break, Adam chats with author Mitch Albom about the story behind ‘Tuesdays with Morrie’, taking over an orphanage in Haiti, and the plot of his latest book, ‘The Stranger in the Lifeboat’.
Part 2 opens with a discussion amongst the staff of people who’ve had their belongings stolen. Chris then reads Trending Topics about the White House Christmas decorations, a sexy secret service agent, and everyone’s favorite film soundtracks. In the last part of the show, Gina reads news stories about Chris Cuomo’s suspension from CNN, Dr. Oz running for the Senate in Pennsylvania, and casting announcements for the upcoming ‘Facts of Life’ live audience taping.
