Adam opens today’s live podcast talking about his amazing steak dinner, and his last couple days running basic errands around Houston that he can’t do in Los Angeles. Bryan and Teresa then join the show, and talk about massage therapy porn. Kyle Dunnigan also appears as ‘Governor Cuomo’ and shames Adam for bringing together a live audience. ‘Sylvester Stallone’ then learns about the upcoming Presidential election, and ‘President Trump’ schools the crowd on Obamagate. Later, the gang plays a Coronavirus-themed round of Blah Blah Blog. As the show wraps up, Adam takes suggestions for a round of ‘Adam Carolla is Unprepared’.

Adam opens today’s show with Dan Crenshaw on stage at the Houston Improv. The guys talk about all of the proceeds from today’s show going to the Houston Food Bank, and then Adam asks Dan about his experience on Saturday Night Live. They also talk about Dan’s time in combat, the pain of getting blown up by an IED, and when movies don’t get the details right. Later, Adam asks Dan about his glass eye, and Adam talks about Dan’s pragmatism as a politician. Up next, a musical interlude from both John Hiatt and Graham Parker. In the last part of the show, Adam takes suggestions for a round of ‘Adam Carolla is Unprepared’.

Adam is live from Texas in front of a socially distanced crowd at the Houston Improv. He opens the show solo, ranting about how crazy California is right now, and his insane experience with TSA earlier this morning. Teresa Strasser then talks about life in Phoenix, and Bald Bryan updates the gang on his current vacation. Later, Rob Riggle talks about how sick he is of being stuck in quarantine. Up next, the guys react to a news story about cannabis being a potential treatment for coronavirus, which leads to a conversation about marijuana legalization in Texas. They also talk about the success of ‘The Last Dance’, the next big sports doc, and the possible return of the NBA. Later they watch a ‘paint fight’ in front of a Home Depot, and Teresa talks about Zoom home-school issues. At the top of the show, Adam talks about the Variety article that recently came out about the metaphorical end of KROQ. Adam then talks with Gene ‘Bean’ Baxter of Kevin & Bean, who is the first person Adam personally knows to have tested positive for Coronavirus. They also go on to discuss what happened in his final days at KROQ, and what life is like for him living in London. Jimmy O. Yang is on the line next, and Adam talks to him about his new standup special having a higher score than Jerry Seinfeld’s. They also talk about his new film, ‘Space Force’, the passing of Fred Willard, and how Jimmy’s career has blossomed over the years. Before the break, they discuss how the quarantine has impacted the process of promoting a film.

Adam talks with Bryan and Gina about Burt Reynolds, and presenting the best version of yourself. He also tells another awkward story from his visit with his mom and sister, and reflects on his family’s inability to give him credit for anything. Adam then talks with Brandin Cohen about creation and benefits of Liquid IV. They also discuss how his company has been helping during the Coronavirus crisis. Later, Adam chats with Connie Nielsen about her ability to speak eight different languages. They also discuss how she worked to overcome social awkwardness growing up, and go on to chat about some of Connie’s more memorable roles, her friendship with Robin Williams, and her new film, ‘Inheritance’. Before the break, they group talks about drummers who can sing.

At the top of today’s podcast, Adam shows Bryan and Gina a trio of the more disturbing commercials that he’s seen lately, and how commercials have changed since everyone went into quarantine. The guys then go on to discuss stupidity vs evil, and a message from Obama that coincides with something Adam’s been saying for years. Dave Mason then joins the show and the guys talk about the return of real sports, and with it, a bunch of exciting new betting action. Before the break, the guys chat with callers about Coronavirus testing, and flying remote control airplanes and jets.
