Show Summary
At the top of pod, Adam chats with Bryan and Gina about today’s guest, Kathy Ireland, being a very successful business mogul. He also talks about what he learned from Vinnie Tortorich’s new documentary, and Gina brings up a ‘Help Wanted’ sign that’s going viral. From there, the group listens to more submissions for ‘Blandinos’, including some from Dawson and Vinnie Tortorich. Vinnie then speaks more on the topics of methane in India, and the growing fake food industry. Adam chats 1-on-1 with Kathy Ireland in Part 2 of today’s show. The conversation begins with her days establishing a newspaper route as a young girl, and what she learned early on in her modeling career. Adam also asks her about her work in the home industry, and she talks about some of the uncomfortable situations she was in while navigating the fashion industry. Later they discuss learning lessons from mean people, how Kathy has stayed so positive and thoughtful, and her friendship with Elizabeth Taylor. As the show wraps up, Adam and Kathy talk about how curiosity leads to success.
