Adam welcomes writer/director Jeremy Garelick to the show right at the top. Jeremy talks with the guys about taking awkward and authentic stories from his life and putting them into his screenplays. They also discuss his latest project, The Wedding Ringer, and the experience of working with well-known directors, as well as directing his own film. Later they chat about etiquette at the boxing gym, and Jeremy’s upcoming projects. Jeremy then heads out to do an AMA, and Adam takes some fan phone calls.
Artie Lange then calls into the podcast, and he talks with Adam about his new subscription-based show, as well as his recent hospitalization. Adam and Artie also chat about life as a standup, and the difficulty of maintaining a relationship while constantly being on the road. After hearing a sitcom pitch from a fan, Gina starts up the news by reading through some Razzie nominations. Other news stories include a campaign for students to bring in canned food for protection, and a tattoo artist willing to tattoo any words of your choosing on her own body. As the show wraps up, Jeremy re-joins the podcast and Adam tries to get Kevin Hart on the phone.
