Part 1: Monterey Vacation Recap + New Studio Console (ACS Aug 17)

Show Summary

Adam, Gina and Bryan are back in studio after their weeklong hiatus. Adam recaps his annual trip to Monterey detailing a last-minute issue with his car’s fuel cell. Adam then chats about an issue Sonny had with the USPS and Adam shares some advice for anyone borrowing things or renting an Air BnB. After the break, the gang chats with Dustin Portmann of Pins and Tails Woodworking, who designed and built the studio’s new console.

Gina reports the news on: the evacuation from Afghanistan’s Kabul, Andrew Cuomo resigning, Kevin Costner and the MLB playing a Field of Dreams game, and a Rams vs Chargers fan fight. After the break, Adam talks to Tucker Carlson about his latest book The Long Slide: Thirty Years in American Journalism. Tucker also explains how he handles criticism both online and in person and shares his thoughts on the viral video of a Montana man confronting him at a fishing shop last month.
