Show Summary
At the top of today’s podcast, Adam tells Bryan and Gina about the arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell. They also talk about Sonny’s progress since working around the house, and Adam’s thoughts on people not getting behind the Willy T. Ribbs doc, even in the midst of all the new ‘woke’ culture. The guys then take calls about the new Tom Hanks movie, life in a submarine, and the future of Artificial Intelligence as it applies to COVID-19. Later, Gina reads news stories about Ghislaine Maxwell, Vladimir Putin, and a massacre that occurred in Mexico. Before the break, Gina reads one last story about this year’s Hot Dog Eating Contest.
Adam welcomes Travis Pastrana to the show next, and they talk about Travis’ relationship with fear. They go on to discuss how Travis first become interested in riding bikes, slowing things down so you don’t make a mistake, and some of his most impressive stunts. They also talk about their childhood experiences of attempting jumps and taking falls, and Travis talks about combining live stunts and the history of action sports. Later, Adam talks with Travis about the legacies of Evel Knievel and Tony Hawk, new stunts he’s thinking about trying, and vintage and endurance racing.
