Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam gives Bryan and Gina some background on today’s podcast guests. He also talks about young guys who don’t have ‘the hustle’, and then Adam chats with Rob Henderson about his thoughts on the status symbols known as ‘luxury beliefs’, as well as the importance of family and education. Up next, actor and martial artist Scott Adkins is on the line to talk about some of his favorite movies, his health and workout regiment, and his new film, ‘Legacy of Lies’. Before the break, the guys also chat about working with Sylvester Stallone, feeling bad for iconic athletes when they go down, and how far Steven Segal has fallen.
Gina beings today’s news with updates on Hurricane Laura striking the Gulf Coast. They also talk about protests during the NBA playoffs, and more updates on the Jerry Falwell Jr. saga. It reminds Adam’s of simpler times when news was far less salacious, and Gina reads one last story about a girl who broke an unusual Rubik’s Cube record. In the last part of the show, Adam and Dave Dameshek present today’s Good Sports!
