Show Summary

Adam opens the show with some more childhood nicknames submitted by Mike Lynch. Then, Adam revisits the Los Angeles Times article that criticized the board of LA homeless Services Authority for allowing Dr Drew to volunteer his time to help solve the homeless crises. Actress & stuntwoman Eli Jane joins the show and Adam asks her about doing the stunts for Brie Larson on Kong: Skull Island. Then, Eli talks about being an early investor & model for the fashion brand Von Dutch. After that, Adam asks Eli about her new movie The Way. Before the break, Adam talks about the importance of going into the ocean from time to time.

Actress Ricki Lake joins the show and talks about her documentary The Business of Birth Control. Adam asks for her thoughts on the Chris Rock Oscars joke since she suffers alopecia as well. Then, Adam and Ricki chat about both being contestants on Dancing with the Stars. Adam asks what it was like being the youngest person to ever get a syndicated talk show and Gina wonders what it was like working with John Waters. After that, Ricki talks about the experience of giving birth at home. Gina reports on today’s news including: Elon Musk’s offer to buy Twitter, Kim Kardashian asking Texas Governor Greg Abbot to stop an upcoming execution, Bam Margera settling his wrongful termination lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Thandiwe Newton getting replaced in the new Magic Mike movie, and a Japanese TV show that lets toddlers run errands that’s coming to Netflix.
