Show Summary
Adam welcomes Gina and Bryan back to the studio for the first time in over a year. He recaps his weekend which consisted of a ruined pizza order, a trip to the beach with Sonny and Phil, and stopping by Jay Leno’s garage. Adam brings up a few songs he’s been thinking about, like ‘Beach Baby’ and ‘Little Honda.’ Dawson then reads a New York Times article on the CDC’s findings regarding the lack of surface transmissions of COVID. Bryan talks about traveling to Phoenix and an odd way to order drinks on his flight. Before the break, the gang plays a round of The Rotten Tomatoes Game themed around movies with song titles.
Actor Richard Schiff joins the show to talk about a Kickstarter campaign for a new podcast audiodrama, which can be found at SistersOfGray.com. Adam asks Richard about his acting career and his steady body of work. Gina asks about Richards wife, Sheila Kelley, and her pole dancing workout programs. Richard also discusses his health after contracting COVID back in November and needing to be hospitalized. Then, Adam and Richard discuss film and TV productions moving out of California and into New Mexico and Canada. Before they wrap, Gina reports on today’s news including, the deaths of DMX and Prince Phillip, Dan Crenshaw undergoing eye surgery, an update on the Burbank restaurant Tinhorn Flats, a large personal library of valuable historical items going up for auction, and the woman with the world’s longest fingernails finally getting them cut.
