31 Jan Matt Walsh plays Made Up Movie, plus Jeff Cesario brings the Waterhouse Update
Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam complains to the gang about a scene from the Fast and the Furious franchise, and trying to repurpose Natalia’s platform bed. Jeff Cesario is also in studio, and the guys watch a clip from ‘Adam Carolla Is Unprepared’. After that, the guys talk a bit about the history of the submarine, and what really goes on in the writer’s room. Before the break, Chet Waterhouse brings this week’s Waterhouse Update.
Matt Walsh is in studio next, and the guys talk about stilted morning show / news personalities. They also discuss Matt’s new film, ‘Under the Eiffel Tower’, and then everyone takes suggestions for a round of Made Up Movie. Up next, Gina reads a news story about Chicago being colder than the North Pole, which leads to a conversation about conspiracy theories. Other news stories include Judd Apatow turning the Pete Davidson story into a feature film, a 911 call involving a young boy who needed help with homework, and a Simpsons themed heavy metal band. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about Ashton Kutcher posting his phone number on Twitter, and Adam and Shek bring the last Good Sports of the week.
