Show Summary
In anticipation of speaking with Mark Thompson, Adam recalls making a tape for ‘The Mark & Brian Show’ back in the day. With the passing of both, Adam remembers his friendship with radio legend Norm Pattiz and his insightful interview with actress Kirstie Alley. Comedian Barry Brewer joins the gang as they discuss the dangers of talking back as a kid, why kids shouldn’t be chastised for making jokes in class, and the importance of being thankful for the journey.
Radio personality, Mark Thompson, joins Adam to talk about his new book, ‘Don’t Bump the Record, Kid: My Adventures with Mark and Brian’. Mark shares some stories about his years in radio, gives an update on Danny Bonaduce’s health, and gets into how his relationship and partnership with Brian evolved over the years. Gina Grad reports the news of today including: Time Magazine announcing the finalists for their ‘Person of the Year’, Michael Avenatti getting sentenced to 14 years in prison, and Cher dating a younger man.
