07 Aug Lee Eisenberg and Scott Whittle
At the top of the show, Adam talks about training animals to do anything, and the benefits of having attack birds during an active shooter situation. Adam then takes a call from bird expert Scott Whittle, who backs up all of Adam’s notions about training attack birds to save lives, and provides insight into the mockingbird that keeps attacking the staff in the parking lot. Before the break, Scott talks about his new ‘Shazam for Birds’ app, ‘Bird Genie’, and Adam rants about a recent conversation he had with Dr. Drew.
Lee Eisenberg is in studio next, and he tells Adam about his co-writer once working for, and getting fired from, Crank Yankers. They then talk about Lee’s new film, ‘Good Boys’, and how the project came together. Later they discuss working with kid actors, why Adam hates Guilds, and how The Office found a new audience amongst 13-year-olds.
Gina begins today’s news talking about a mass shooting that was recently stopped by a grandmother. Other news stories include Wendy Williams keep her ex on board as her manager, new controversies in the Boy Scouts of America, and extended cuts of Tarantino’s movies coming to Netflix. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss McDonald’s unrecyclable paper straws, and Adam and Shek bring today’s Good Sports.
‘Good Boys’ is in theaters next Friday August 16th!
