Show Summary

As today’s podcast opens up, Adam tells Bryan and Gina about his assistant Peter going off to grad school. He also plays a clip from a video he was tweeted about allergies, followed by a reading from ‘In Fifty Years We’ll All Be Chicks’ on the same topic. Larry Miller then enters the studio, and the guys talk about cop TV shows from the past. The guys then play a round of the Hypothetical Road Trip game. Before the break, the guys watch a clip from a recent ‘Unprepared’ performance, and Bald Bryan talks about his excitement and nervousness to perform 5 minutes of standup at an upcoming Jo Koy show.

Author Ralph Pezzullo is in studio next, and talks about how the rules of engagement have changed since Trump came into office. They also talk about Boko Haram, the stories that inspired Ralph’s latest book about SEAL Team Six, and Ralph’s thoughts on the decline of China. Later they discuss letting emotions get in the way of understanding what the real threats are.

Up next, Gina opens a news story about recent ACS guest Danny Trejo being a real-life hero saving a child from an overturned car. She also reads stories about Rosanna Arquette apologizing for being white, the new Chernobyl vodka, and a loose bat on a plane. Other news stories include Frontier Airlines giving people with the last name ‘Green’ free flights for a week, and digital detox challenge. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about less rules for topless bathing in Spain, and Adam and Shek bring today’s Good Sports.
