Show Summary
Adam opens today’s podcast by sharing his thoughts on how words change their meaning depending on the context. The guys then dive into the weekend’s Oscar ceremony, and break down the ‘host-less’ format, the terrible ratings, and bummer tone throughout. Adam also reads some of the Oscar Jokes he had pitched back when Jimmy Kimmel was the host, and the guys go on to break down some of the more memorable moments from the broadcast. After some Rich Man Poor Man, the guys take listener calls about Candace Owens, high school football, modified race cars, and the song ‘Fortunate Son’ being overused in every war movie.
Options trader and CNBC analyst Jon Najarian is on the show next, so naturally Adam starts his interview by asking him about going to high school with Prince. The guys then go on to chat about his time being a linebacker for the Chicago Bears, and transitioning to work at the stock exchange. Later they discuss the observations Jon made in the days leading up to 9/11, and how Bitcoin and crypto currency has democratized people getting rich. They also talk about the issue of tax evasion and offshore accounts, as well as the latest trend of NFT’s. As the show wraps up, Jon explains in more detail why you should acquire digital assets.
