Show Summary

Adam opens today’s show making fun of Drew for being such a positive role model. He plays a clip from The Adam and Dr. Drew Show, and then Adam rants about how far Rosie O’Donnell has come from her daytime talk show days. The guys also talk about last year’s USC gynecologist scandal, and Adam welcomes producer/director Nate Adams to the studio. The guys talk about Nate’s microphone etiquette, and Adam rants about driving all over town for pitches. Nate then discusses two different investment opportunities for films that Chassy is working on, including a documentary about MAD Magazine, and another about Meme culture.

Alan Bernstein is on the line next, and they talk further about Alan’s journey of making the MAD Magazine doc, as well as the mag’s history. After that, Sean Flax calls in and he talks to the gang about his partnership with Cedric the Entertainer, and making a documentary about how memes have changed our culture.

Jeff Cesario then enters the studio, and he tells Adam about doing some more standup, and maybe even recording a special. Adam then rants about how long it takes to get things done, and Chris tells the gang about his Sous-Vide bath in the back of the studio. Chet Waterhouse then brings the Waterhouse Update, and Gina reads a news story about the Alabama abortion bill. As the show wraps up, the group talks about facial recognition software banned in San Francisco.
