Show Summary

Adam opens today’s podcast talking with Bryan and Gina about an abundance of weird coincidences, and the usage of the word ‘dude’. The guys then chat with Alex Berenson about the misconceptions surrounding COVID-19. They also discuss the mental health crisis currently affecting children during the lockdown, the ineffectiveness of face masks, and the way social media sites like Facebook are censoring content. Later they discuss the controversy surrounding Hunter Biden, and attempts at cancelling this year’s Halloween. Before the break, the guys discuss people wanting to boycott Trump’s Town Hall, and Gina shares tips for cooking with your kids in this week’s Eat Your Feelings.

Dr. James Lindsay is on the line next, and Adam talks with him about the problems with making everything about race. They go on to talk about essentially segregating schools, teaching kids to think intuitively, and the frequent misconceptions surrounding common core education. Later, Gina reads news stories about Germany giving money to Holocaust survivors, Poland setting off a WWII-era bomb, and Rodney Dangerfield’s NY Comedy Club officially shutting down. They also talk about cruelty charges against officers who made prisoners listen to a loop of the ‘Baby Shark’ song. As the show wraps up, the group discusses the importance of curiosity, and explaining to the Carolla kids how far Adam has come since his own childhood.
