Show Summary

At the top of the show, Adam rants about sprinklers running during the rain. Bald Bryan also complains about a local power outage, and Adam talks about showing Sonny the Albert Brook’s film, ‘Lost in America’. The guys also compare the harmonica playing of Bob Dylan vs. John Popper. Paul Wagner is on the show next, and Adam asks him about the second season of the successful podcast, ‘American Nightmare’. They also discuss how DNA and genealogy technologies have revolutionized solving crimes, and why females are more obsessed with true crime stories than men are. Before hanging up, the guys react to how painful it must be to have a case go unsolved for so long.

Adam welcomes Ira Rosen to the podcast at the top of Part 2, and the guys chat about his time working at ‘60 Minutes’, which is one of Adam’s favorite shows. Ira also shares some behind the scenes stories, and talks about meeting Marlon Brando, as well as his relationships with various ‘60 Minutes’ hosts throughout the years. Later, Adam asks Ira to talk about the process of bringing a news story to life, and the guys go on to discuss the show’s exposé on truffles. In the last part of the show, Gina reads news stories about Chris D’Elia, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, and a plastic surgeon who virtually attended a trial while in the middle of an operation.
