25 Mar Greg Fitzsimmons
Show Summary
Adam welcomes Gina Grad back to the podcast after dealing with the death of her father. She catches up with the guys on what she’s been going through, and then Adam launches into the next session of March Madness Madness. Up next, Greg Fitzsimmons joins the podcast to share his condolences with Gina, and to talk about his own relationship with his father. They also talk about how kids today are so easily distracted and not interested in developing hobbies or skills. Before the break, they go on to discuss the things Greg likes to look at on TikTok.
Greg Fitzsimmons is still hanging with the gang at the top of Part 2. The guys take a couple fan phone calls, and then discuss ball-busting fans, as well as Dawson’s love life. Later, Gina reads news stories about a possible death penalty for the Boston Marathon bomber, an NHL ref controversy, and Twitter’s first Tweet selling for the equivalent of $3 million. As the show wraps up, the guys react to the Tyson-Holyfield fight coming later in May.

Maybe if you’re a mic’d up ref, you shouldn’t express how you wanted to call a penalty against a team earlier in the game, changing how you ref the rest of the game.

Found this li’l gem of my dad which not only displays his incredible recall / radio-bull broadcasting chops, but it should shed a little light on my ability to memorize VERY random shit. (Also check out his #PGP shirt. That’s dad dedication right there. ? ?) pic.twitter.com/tuiqz53Duf
