Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam responds to ‘trending’ on Twitter after people reacted to one of his COVID-19 tweets. He also reacts to some of the angry celebrity responses he’s received, and the group continues to talk with some callers about the social media blowup. Later they listen to a new mashup from Dawson, and Greg Fitzsimmons enters the studio to discuss how people react to comedy, whether or not the moon has any impact, and being ‘married to the sea’. Greg also talks about his experience working for Ellen DeGeneres, as well as what it’s been like pitching creative projects to people over Zoom. Before the break, the guys share stories about businesses that don’t take responsibilities for their actions.
Greg Fitzsimmons is still in studio for Part 2 of today’s podcast. Gina reads a news story about the latest hair salon rules in California, and Adam explains to Greg why he has no problems getting onto an airplane right now. More stories include the latest on the Amber Heard / Johnny Depp dispute, and thoughts on Kanye West’s mental breakdown. Later, Adam plays a vid of the Christmas morning the family got their dog Phil, and the show wraps up with another edition of Good Sports with Adam and Dave Dameshek.
