12 Oct Glenn Beck
Adam opens the show ranting about turkey meatloaf and how much luckier his kids are than he was. He also talks about Natalia’s Halloween Costume Contest, and a conversation with Vinnie Tortorich about the benefits of ‘gluten-free’. He then takes a fan phone call about airplane service dogs, and goes on a jag about a local bear attack. Before the break, Adam talks with this week’s Mangria Moment winner, and the guys play a Ben Affleck themed round of The Rotten Tomatoes Game.
Glenn Beck calls in next, and Adam compliments him on his media empire. Adam then asks Glenn about his opinions on our current political race, and what a mess we’ve gotten ourselves into. The guys talk about his new book, ‘Liars’, and why people lie all the time. Adam also asks Glenn about a day in the life, and if our political process will ever return to the good ol’ days. Glenn also speaks openly about his mother’s suicide and how it formed him into the man he is today. Before hanging up, the guys discuss the bizarre life of Anderson Cooper, and how we get the ‘lie boat’ back into dock. As the show wraps up, Gina reads a news story about the future of service animals on planes.
