Adam opens the show with the standard intro, he asks Drew about his life and he tells him and the audience about keeping his mom’s condo on the beach.
Drew makes a point about the property taxes and the eventual tide of the ocean taking the property and the bizarre rock and a hard place he’s in.
Adam is making a point about taxation and the government taxing you when you made the money and then again with capital gains taxes.
Drew says the federal government is much fairer with capital gains but then laments California, who make sure to make up the difference and take all of your money.
Adam is now making a point about having skin in the game, he shares his take on rights and jokes about making bakeries prepare him “penis cakes” and Drew brings up the element of hubris among the populace of this country and how infuriating.
Adam mocks the notion of “paying your fair share” and uses Tom Brady’s career stats for an analogy that would be equal to the fallacy of “pay your fair share” and he brings up Hobby Lobby and the notion of “denying access” to birth control thanks to an assist from Gary.
Adam would love to pay his fair share, he brings up the math for the median income and taxes, $21,028 per year is Adam’s rough estimate on his fair share annually.
Adam asks for some more math about the median income and Drew brings up Nancy Pelosi’s daughter Christine Pelosi who is leading the charge against sexual harassment and abuse in government.
Adam calls Mayor Garcetti a pussy and guarantees he’s never harassed anyone.
Gary is now sharing the math on the take home pay of a 55k a year job, Adam brings up Gavin Newsom and his affairs along with Antonio Villaraigosa and his infidelity.
1st Caller Joe, he’s a big fan and asks about having a 2nd child, he cites his wife’s postpartum depression after the first child and Drew explains it’s a biological phenomenon, it requires medication to remedy and not talk therapy.
They wrap up with Joe and Drew makes a point about women and their biological systems and how pregnancy throws things out of whack due to so many shifting factors like hormones.
Drew shares his realization while guesting on Bert Kreischer’s podcast, where he explained this was the first country founded on a principal and idea, a more perfect union to an unaware Bob Forrest and Bert Kreischer.
Adam says he thinks there are 3 roads, “mad at daddy” then “shame in not being able to get it together” and then “pure narcissism” those are the 3 things that are going to lead our society off a cliff.
Adam is now making a point about the importance of role of a father in bringing up children and they move on.

2nd Caller Matt, he wants to know if Dr. Drew will be on the cruise, he starts the call joking about Adam not wanting to pay his fair share.
Adam predicts that “Live free or die” will be gone soon, it’s too aggressive of a motto.
Matt makes a point about fairness and investing, getting taxed on the same money over and over.
Adam doesn’t mind the part where the government is greedy, he minds the part where his mom gets to say “rich people don’t pay taxes” and 85-year-old woman.
Drew says he finds it weird to be so focused on the income disparity, he doesn’t care if ten people have infinity dollars, as long as the rest of the people are rising up with them.
Adam says if you don’t care about money and says it’s not the key to happiness, then why are you so obsessed with it.
Matt is asking if Drew is going to be on the cruise, Drew say’s he not been invited and Adam says he loves Matt’s vibe and informs them he’s an airline pilot.
Adam says he loves pilots and brings up Jack Sample who lives up the street, he’s building a soccer stadium and took Adam on a tour of the construction.
Adam is saying he loves pilots and builders as they live in a super practical world of consequences, he brings up the various elements of the professions that don’t involve feelings.
Gary asks about the Rams stadium and how they went down 10 stories to build it, they wrap up with Matt and move on.
