Adam is opening the show with a reminder to “tell a friend” and “I like the show cops” #TopDrop from BB, Gina gets a hello and Adam is telling them about his son wanting to go to the Indy 500 with his dad, he also wants to push on to NYC and Canada as well.

Gina asks what happens if Sonny gets into racing, he tells her it’s impossible and jokes about fast forwarding to 2041 with his daughter letting loose at spring break much like she enthusiastically rides her zip line.

Bruce’s phone goes off, he gets a bit of a talking to and mentions Elizabeth, Adam then schools him on talking into his mic.

Adam describes his son being traumatized by the zip line, Gina shares a series of replies from Adam’s kids about the zip line, and Sonny has comfy pants apparently.

Adam talks about his kids jumping off the bed and how he let his daughter crash and burn to learn her limits, Adam is talking about indicators in kids, he cites his daughter’s uncaring launching technique, and Adam says he’s long and gets the friction on and then quotes more Sir Mix A lot, gold!

Adam shares how he would ratchet up the terror factor by pretending to be distracted and how she eventually needed the terror factor to make it more worthwhile, to get that rush.

Bruce asks if he would want his daughter to race cars, he says by that time it will be so safe it will be fine, he’s now listing off the evolution of crashes in racing and Bruce brings up a guy who died that was featured in Adam’s movie.

Adam is talking about the crash and the bizarre accident that preceded his death, Adam asks Bruce about the doc and catches him not paying attention.

Adam is now doing a live read for Shari’s Berries

Gina asks Adam if he wants to ever participate in Le Mans, Gary has the footage of the first accident and the riverside footage that didn’t make it into the documentary, Gina has a strong reaction and Adam is fine with it, oddly racing deaths don’t seem to bug him like beheading footage from the Middle East.

Bruce claims to be able to left foot brake, Adam is talking about his daughter’s “easy roller” that she would use for street luging, she eventually ate shit after taking off down the hill and got some road rash, which resulted in a call to Dr. Bruce.

Adam is now quoting Larry Miller’s “Hilarious and affordable” line from ‘Road Hard’ and now BB screws up the attempt to fuck up Bruce’s intro, who likes this?

I like Bruce, I get it, he’s spazzy, but you don’t need to trip him up every time, it feels stale now.

Adam is now asking if he shouldn’t get more credit for the term “good lenses bad frames” and how that sums up so many people.

Health Watch

1st Topic “Is you wine organic” and Bruce volunteers to brew up a Carolla IPA, Bruce is now explaining how blood and animal proteins have been used to make wine.

Bruce is stumbling and Adam gets him to reveal he’s never removed rebar from a person, Adam says he bans all vegans from buying his booze.

Adam is talking about vegetarian people who seem to be hypocrites and hate other people who eat meat, Adam is comparing them to the evangelicals who hate abortion but also hate the morning after pill.

Adam says vegan means that your stepdad abused you and took power from you and now you’re trying to take it back in life, Gina asks if he doesn’t prefer Vegans over vegetarians, saying “vegan’s walk the walk” which isn’t really true, Vegans are often militant and have a real or imagined food sensitivity and it does often come back to them wanting to control the world and how other people consume food.

Vegetarians like myself could’ve simply drowned and died and all meat now tastes like old pennies, no agenda to be found.

Gina just added the caveat she does know vegans who forbid their children from eating meat, see Adam is right.

Adam is now saying he wishes there was more bacon in wine, he would take a bacon wine and is now further riffing about this idea.

Adam was just alerted to “Swine” a bacon wine and they move on.

2nd Topic is on peanut allergies and how exposure, early exposure can prevent children from developing allergies, Adam is talking about the “veggie wash” in the cupboard, he was searching for something to bandage Molly, her grotesque tumor is unfit for the internet.

Bruce is complimenting how they’ve taken care of that dog over the years, Adam says he’s trying to convince Lynette of that and describes the horrific scene of blood all over his house.

Adam says he had to yell at his kids, the dad voice as he was witnessing Molly bleed out in the house, he describes how he was trying to lift her with the kids helping, they started laughing as Molly hit the ground.

Adam told his kids to get their shit together instead of worrying about a mall trip, he shares his quotes to them and Bruce demands Natalia wear a helmet on the zip line, he’s right, she should for her safety!

Adam is sharing the quality of life of Molly and how he secretly wishes the vet will tell him it’s time for them to put her down, Adam is describing the various scenes he comes home to, mostly revolving around Molly’s blood stains.

Adam says they have unfortunately created a perfect storm to extend the life of this dog, Adam is now asking about his family and their quality of life, Lynette has spent over a decade caring for this dog, making her life as comfortable as can be.

Adam is describing how Lynette came home to the dog on the porch, it started raining and he shares her emotional reaction to the dog being outside, which the dog likes.

Bruce asks if the dog isn’t coming home and explains the role of the vet to break it down to the owners when it comes time to let the dog go.

Bruce shares how he spoke to a doc psychiatrist, Adam asks if he is a dog who practices therapy, gold!

Bruce shares a recommendation for a dog breed, Adam jokes about his son having a black friend and not being able to risk a police dog breed coming to his house and getting a load of Lucious.

Adam is trying to say that Molly has had a helluva run and now the time spent on her needs to be invested in Mangria and the future of their family.

Adam says he loves the dog and describes her downturns that are followed up with an upswing, Adam is now telling Bruce to prescribe a cyanide pill for the dog, he tells them about steroid medications that give the dog a bunch of energy and ultimately will kill them.

Adam is doing a legal zoom live read

Doug Hughes is joining them via phone, he’s the guy who flew the gyrocopter onto the lawn of the capital building, and Adam mixes up the year and thinks it was 2013.

Adam is asking Doug about his political background and what his message is, the one he’s trying to send.

His phone sounds like he’s undersea, he’s telling them about nonpartisan solutions to our current political standstill, and Adam is talking about buying vs. leasing and the return on investment that happens when it comes to political donations.

Doug is basically arguing for campaign finance reform, Adam jokes about the lost money for failed political campaigns and how that money could have gone for so much good, at least the super bowl loser gives some free T shirts to poor people.

Adam is now using the “two detergent” analogy for how unlimited budgets for advertising can overshadow a better product.

Gina brings up Betamax and VHS. Very good point.

Adam mocks his dad for picking beta.

Adam is now asking him about the Gyrocopter and how he got into flying them, Bruce asks if he thinks he would’ve got more attention at the white house.

Doug explains how congress are the people who are cashing in, Adam says that a phalanx gun would hit him if he tried to land on the white house lawn, death via spent uranium shells.

Adam has him give out one more plug, Adam thanks him and wraps up.

3rd Topic is on a new designer drug on the market, Bruce tells them about the amphetamine like effect of the drug and Adam is now asking him about this working like coffee, Adam says he heard a report about caffeine before a workout to improve results/performance.

Bruce is now explaining how this product can cause strokes and heart attacks.

4th Topic is on synthetic marijuana, Gina has all of the details and Adam is now talking about what kids had in bygone eras, sticks, balls etc. now it’s HD TV and 24/7 porn why does everyone need to get so fucked up at all times now.

Adam is arguing about technology curing this need for being altered and Adam is mocking the idea of seeing someone via a camera phone, it’s not necessary and he doesn’t want to see who he calls despite the movies of the 60’s being obsessed with that idea.

Gina brings up the desensitized effect, Adam thinks she’s right and BB brings up the reassurance of smoke shops.

Adam is doing a Life Lock Ultimate Plus live read with Gina providing the assist as per usual

5th Topic is about extra doses of vitamins causing harmful effects when taken in too large of doses, BB mocks the idea of veggie wash being sold at places that have organic produce, point out the lack of a need for the wash, unaware that some organic produce has far worse pesticides.

Adam has a hypothesis that the people overdosing on vitamins are leading unhealthy lives and trying to remedy it by taking too many vitamins, Bruce is arguing against taking high doses of vitamins and says that concentrating chemicals is unhealthy, Adam is now arguing in favor of moderation.

6th Topic is on drunken worms that might be able to help map the genes for alcoholism, Bruce is explaining the science and

Larry is making his 3rd appearance after first guesting on ACS #94 (feat. Larry Wachs & Kenny Mayne) and then ACS #1270 from 2014.

They head to break.

They’re back form break with a listener voicemail asking about ‘Chaka Khan’ and if it makes it onto the list of “Tool Tunes” and Dawson talks about the band ‘Ambrosia’ and how every song of theirs is a “Tool Tune” and Adam busts out a few bars.

Gina says the school will not be honoring his decision, Adam is saying fuck those kids and brings up their disdain for authority, he says kids need to drop the attitude.

Larry is now asking if it’s wrong to send gay people to prison, a bit of a hack joke and premise, shit Lenny Bruce was making the same point more eloquently like 60 years ago.

Adam is responding to this with a hilarious laugh, Gina has a deflated reaction to the premise which makes sense, this is great.

Adam tells Larry that’s wildly politically incorrect, Adam is now breaking down Larry’s hypothetical question and BB calls it sound reasoning with his tongue in his cheek.

Adam tells Larry there are no gay criminals, he says once in a while you have a bizarre case, criminally insane who are also gay, you don’t have gay gangbangers, well not the gun type.

BB mocks this insightful conversation and Adam is further singing the praises of gay people who fix everything heterosexual people fuck up, including raising their kids they can’t support.
