Adam opens the show to a Jane Goodall #TopDrop with Jo Koy in studio, Adam talks about the panther’s performance in the Super Bowl and they go over their predictions from yesterday.

Adam quotes Mike August about the receivers not being able to feel his fingers.

Gina says she watched the entire game and finally gets why people dig football, Adam says Bryan Cranston brought his family over to Kimmel’s and told Adam that’s he’s starting a movie in Los Angeles and how happy he was not to have to fly away to shoot it.

 

Adam gives out Jo’s plugs and he talks about the Buick commercial conversation from yesterday and how they aired one of those spots during the game.

Adam talks about the Mountain Dew commercial that disturbed him, Gina says it was horrible and Jo points out that they’re talking about it.

They’re now playing the Puppy, Monkey, Baby spot and BB is now talking about ad executives and their ambition to be random in lieu of creative or working hard to find an effective campaign.

 

Adam is talking about his Sympatico moment with his wife agreeing that they both hate Bruno Mars ‘Uptown Funk’ and everyone disagrees with Adam, Jo says he crushed the halftime show and tells them about being pals with his choreographer.

Gina felt bad for Chris Martin from Coldplay.

Dawson gets on mic with Chris and they explain the lineage of the music, Adam thinks it’s 6 songs folded into one, everyone seems to be enjoying it and Adam is saying it never kicks into gear for him.

 

Jo says this is how every funk song works, Dawson is sharing some musical wisdom and Chris even comments on how it might be an homage more than a rip-off.

Adam says it doesn’t flow and says it’s every song from the ere that it’s trying imitate, Dawson says this is a record producer jerking himself off all over the place.

Adam says Lynette described it as an 80’s Saturday Morning cartoon theme song, she’s right!

 

Adam says he likes ‘Tears of a clown’ and further says he doesn’t feel like that song has a flow, BB is proud to tell Adam how wrong he is, terrible song, BB says everyone likes that song but that doesn’t mean much the masses also think they like passion fruit flavoring.

Adam says he’s old fashion in that he wants a structure to his songs, he asks for some ‘Rosalita’ and explains why he likes songs that move.

 

BB says that if he was to criticize Bruno’s song it’s that it feels too “Studio Perfect” and Adam says it feels like a bunch of croutons and he wants one long piece of taffy.

Gina brings up ‘September’ by Earth Wind and Fire and Dawson disagrees saying it flows and feels connected, Dawson is all over this episode!

Jo is telling them about Philip Bailey singing both parts after the death of Maurice White from ‘Earth Wind and Fire’ and how is able to do it nearly perfect.

Adam takes it back to the Super Bowl and wants to cover the definition of a catch and talks about “football moves” the ultimate one being that the ball stopped moving when you caught it.

Adam talks about the big change during the game and how the booth said the play had to be overturned as you couldn’t see if the ball touched the grass.

Adam comments on the grass touching and asks why that matters if you’re controlling it, who cares.

 

Adam talks about referees going under the hood with a preconceived notion that they got it right the first time, Jo says it makes him hate football and he describes how it killed the momentum of the game.

Adam says he feels bad for the guy as it takes away good plays, he’s commenting the play in question with the contemptuous catch.

Adam says he doesn’t need any football moves, BB is talking about the prop bet about the referee being wrong about a challenge and how that paid off.

 

Adam is talking about he wants a drunk fan up in the booth to scream “he got fucked!” hilarious.

Adam says they are going to do some made up movie, Jo asks Adam if he’s going to come to his house, wow!

1st Movie Kevin with ‘Priority Mail/Male’

Adam says this is a postman who has lost custody of his daughter and starts stripping to make ends meet, Jo suggests a FedEx stripper by night dating his ex-wife.

BB has some ‘Playing with the Boys’ as they riff, BB is now adding a single woman love interest and Jo adds ‘The Thunder from Down under’ to the mix and does a hilarious intentionally bad Australian accent.

 

2nd Movie Tom with ‘Safety Net’

He praises Adam for the goal post extensions that have changed the NFL.

Jo has a trapeze act/virtual online circus idea, Jo says he can stop right there and he tells Tom they’re done.

Adam is sharing his love for Lou Diamond Philips face when he sung ‘La Bamba’ and Jo has a killer riff asking for a green card.

Adam is now talking about Esai Morales and his “activist” label that hides when you’re pushed out of the business and suggests instead you chose to evolve out of it.

 

BB and Adam now riff about this movie and the accidental death sequence ala Dick Grayson and his Batman comics origin.

BB works the All State angle with the net after Adam brings it up, they wrap up the movie idea.

 

3rd Movie Dan with ‘Tears of Red Velvet’ and Gina wants to know if it involves cupcakes or burlesque and Adam tells her you don’t’ ask questions, you make up movies.

BB has a funny “he’s not available” deadpan one liner when Adam brings up the dark acting roles Robin Williams would tackle.

Adam is wrapping up the bit as they fade out on the movie’s plot.

Adam talks about Lynette’s decision to pick him and the kids up at Kimmel’s house after the Super Bowl, Adam says that Lynette’s car was stuck in the furthest forward position and he was very uncomfortable the entire road.

Jo says a drunk Adam is a fun Adam, a Huggy nice guy and describes him painting his face with meat and sauce before getting it into the mouth.

They’re looking at a photo and Jo describes Adam’s “fuck it” in regards to employee’s only areas, Adam says he want’s drunk and disorderly, he was drunk and disorientated.

 

Adam is singing the praises of the thin beef and how there is no time to stop, at no point do you get your fill.

Mark Duplass is making his 3rd appearance on the show along with Mike and Phil making their ACS debuts.

Adam is asking them about their show ‘Animals’ the first show optioned at Sundance.

Mark is talking about the guys approached him with their show idea, he tells them about being very cocky pitching them on selling the show via Sundance, Adam asks how long they’ve been selling shows and they reveal they are the first.

 

Adam is comparing the big 3 car companies out of Detroit to the big 3 networks and how the new era of content and being able to create things on your own as done what the Japanese did to the American companies in the 1970’s and 80’s.

Adam brings up the AMC Matador and cites it as one of the worst designed cars, he has a flat “just what you want in a vagina” line that nobody seems to appreciate.

Mark is telling them about the series and the creators join in explaining how the show is not something that can be pitched.

 

Mark share his 2012 idea for a show he doesn’t know anything about, called ‘InstaGraham’ and they talk about the reality of numbers when it comes to HBO series.

Mark explains how they feel about the ratings and the HBO GO stats.

1st Story is on the Cam Newton walkout during the postgame interviews, Gina has a clip and explains how the press conferences were back to back and he could hear the other team celebrating in theirs.

Mark jokes about the Super Bowl not bringing in lots of revenue and Adam is sharing his example of why he likes Cam Newton and why everyone thinks he should hate him.

Mark talks about Peyton and Eli Manning and talks about his own brother having an extra 2 inches of penis on him and compares that to the footage of Eli reacting to his brother’s win.

 

Mark is sharing his wishes for Peyton to retire and Adam argues that injured players need to use steroids to recover quicker and better.

Mark has an HGH reality about these super hero physiques in the Marvel movies.

Adam has a funny Lyle Alzado joke and Mark recalls the last awkward brain tumor joke in BB’s presence when he guested last time.

3rd Story is on Marshawn Lynch’s possible retirement announcement and Mark is now asking BB about his time in the NFL.

Mark talks about players showing up as guest stars on ‘The League’ and what that usually means for their futures.

 

4th Story is on Lady Gaga’s rendition of the national anthem to open the game, Mark sings the praises of the performance and the Jet’s ability to fly by in perfect timing with her crescendo.

Adam jokes about her finding Jesus Christ.

 

5th Story is on Von Miller’s dream to keep and raise chickens on a farm.

Gina has the details and a clip, Adam derides society for not letting people do more than their profession or perceived identity.

 

6th Story is on the dropped lawsuit and sexual assaults claims against Josh Duggar, she has the details and Adam jokes about not being able to believe a strip club.

One of the guys mentions he went to a strip club where the woman filing charges worked, Adam is now giving his standard riff about not tipping the strip club bathroom attendant and how you can’t establish eye contact with the guy form Mozambique smelling ass all night as you can’t tip him.

Adam talks about the bathroom attendant being the beat off sheriff for the men’s restroom.

 

Adam and BB are riffing about telltale jack off signs and Mark asks how long Adam had this job and Adam talks about getting his cock out as he approaches the airport bathroom, joking he whips it out before entering.
