In Part 2 of today’s podcast, Adam talks with Georges St. Pierre about his incredible UFC record, and the differences between boxing and MMA. They also briefly talk about his role in the Disney+ series, ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’. Adam asks Georges about his upbringing, and they go on to discuss bullying, distraction, and overcoming obstacles that get in the way of your goals. From there, the guys talk about the current state of the UFC, how you measure who’s ‘the best’, and dealing with stress and fear. Later they discuss how performance enhancing drugs impact your training, and Georges’ fight against Michael Bisping at the historic Madison Square Garden. As the show wraps up, they go into a more technical breakdown of Georges’ fight strategy, and Georges talks about the importance of education.
