Show Summary
Adam opens today’s show talking about misplacing his credit card, and the misinformation he received in an attempt to find it. He then complains about the power going out earlier this morning, and reads a letter from Danny Two Sheets about some behind-the-scenes craziness from the Man Show days. Later, Adam plays another wild commercial he saw recently that also involves podcasting, and the guys talk about a rapper who was shot 64 times as he was released from prison. Before the break, Vinnie Tortorich returns in studio to discuss Alice Cooper, threesomes, and why you should switch to an NSNG diet.
Adam is happy to welcome Frank Mir is in studio at the top of Part 2. The guys start by talking about Frank’s start in the early days of UFC, his daughter becoming a dominant fighter, and some of his more memorable takedowns. They also chat about other legendary matchups over the years, and how stem cell therapy has changed Frank’s life. Later they discuss risk assessment, and thoughts and predictions for the undefeated Jon Jones. In the last part of the show, Gina reads news stories about the rise in drug overdoses during the pandemic, the latest with Jussie Smollett, more rules for the Tokyo Olympics, and a goldfish crisis in a Minnesota lake.
