Show Summary
At the top of today’s show, the guys talk about the strange aftermath of Garrison Keillor’s #metoo moment, and Adam shares some snarky tweets he recently received. He also takes a call from a fan who was at a recent ‘Unprepared’ show, and another fan talks motorcycles and helmets. Adam then plays some audio from his recent visit to the Shelby museum, and talks to a caller about signing a petition to recall Mayor Garcetti. Later, Adam goes through a list of ‘Things To Do Before I Die’, and he takes one more fan call for a quickie ‘Tales From The Cheap’.
Erica Rhodes is in studio next, and Adam talks about recently meeting her backstage while performing standup. She tells Adam about her upbringing in Boston, and the guys chat about other comics from that part of the country. The guys also discuss Erica’s time working with Garrison Keillor, and performing at the Hollywood Bowl. Gina then reads news stories about the latest on Harvey Weinstein, abuse allegations against Max Landis, and one of the largest cocaine seizures in US history. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss a study about what couples fight most about on vacation, and Adam complains about getting book notes from a millennial.
