Show Summary

Adam opens today’s show discussing his Personal Achievement Day with Bald Bryan and Teresa Strasser, who is filling in for Gina. Adam then take calls from Jimmy Kimmel and Cousin Sal who both wish Adam a Happy Birthday, and talk about their move to California many years ago. Later, Adam talks to the guys about doing Jimmy Kimmel Live from home, the Michael Jordan documentary, and people who died at age 56. After listening to a clip from Adam’s upcoming audiobook, Teresa Strasser reads news stories about the ‘Central Park Karen’ incident, Swiss sex workers thoughts on what positions are safer during the pandemic, and how the length of your ring finger could make you less likely to die from Coronavirus. Before heading out, Teresa reads a couple more stories about a Christian rocker who renounced his faith in God, and Alaska deciding to un-ban some books.

Ed Calderon returns for a 1-on-1 conversation with Adam about being born and raised in Tijuana, and his time working as a police officer for the Mexican Government. They also discuss how Tijuana is handling the COVID19 quarantine, the corruption that seems to infect all branches of their government, and issues involving American citizenship. Other topics include how cartel culture infiltrates the youth, the dangerous realities that people are trying to flee, and the problems with getting stuff for free. Later, Adam wonders if the US and Mexico will ever repair their relationship, and the conversation wraps up with a discussion about the cultural war and who the Mexican Government vs Cartels would like to see win the upcoming US Presidential Election.
