Other topics of conversation include rewarding your kids to sleep, how daily exercise will help you sleep, and the impacts of a Keto diet. Dr. Breus also explains why he demands naps for his corporate gigs, and Adam recalls his bedwetting days as a kid. Gina then reads news stories about NY City Mayor Bill de Blasio running for President, the rise of counterfeit products, and adversity scores being added to the SATs.
