Show Summary
At the top of the show, the guys talk about the Gay / Lesbian Aptitude Tests that were featured in a book Adam and Drew wrote together twenty years ago. Adam also brings up another great Rich Man / Poor Man submission, and the group chats about public figures who fake a ‘happy mode’. Later, Adam takes a call from Megan Cloherty, co-creator of the new true crime podcast, ’22 Hours’. They talk about the DC Mansion murders, and the realities of solving true crime cases.
Dr. Bruce is in studio next, and Adam talks with him about his son’s incredible Meme business. They discuss how he has over 11 million followers, and Adam recalls arguing with his dentist office about wasted time. Dr. Bruce then reads Healthwatch stories about AOC comparing immigrant camps to concentration camps, and problems with the Garcetti’s list of reasons for the LA homelessness situation.
In part two of today’s show, Gina reads news stories about more deaths in the Dominican Republic, a bill in NY that ends religious exemptions for vaccinations, and Bill Cosby’s prison lecture series. Other news stories include a video of some extreme turbulence, the rise of Chernobyl tourism, and a crazy person who fed meth to an “attack squirrel”. Stick around for today’s Good Sports!
