Show Summary

Today’s pod opens with everyone sharing stories from their 21st birthdays. Adam then opens a birthday present that Gina got him, which leads to a conversation about her penmanship. They also talk about Matthew Perry’s emergency dental surgery, old school celebrity racing videos, and a surprise Happy Birthday Cameo just for Adam. From there guys chat about KTEL informercials, Willy T. Ribbs returning to the race track, and James Dean’s transaxle going up for auction. Before the break, the guys take calls for a round of ‘Who The F Sells This S’.

Director Brad Furman is on the line at the top of Part 2. Adam chats with him about the story behind his new film that stars Johnny Depp and Forest Whitaker, about the unsolved murders of Tupac and Biggie. Later Bryan asks Brad about why the film’s release was delayed for so long, and they talk more about working with Johnny Depp, what his next big projects are, and growing up playing basketball with Kobe Bryant. In the last part of the show, Gina reads news stories about the latest ‘Karen’ activity, a lawsuit against Mayor Laurie Lightfoot, Matthew Perry quitting Cameo, and Kelly Clarkson taking over for Ellen DeGeneres.
