Show Summary
Adam opens the show talking about his Basic Cable Commentary performance over the weekend. He also tells a story about a missing pair of sunglasses, and shares a riddle with the staff involving vanity license plates. Adam then complains about celebs being profiled as ‘car people’ when they’re clearly not, and he takes a call from Dave Mason to chat about this past weekend of NFL games. They also talk about how important replays are, the highest paid coaches, and Daves picks for the rest of the week. Later, Adam complains about his navigation apps talking to him, and the guys throw to today’s Good Sports.
Part 2 of today’s show opens with the gang chatting with callers about some of their best Halloween stories. Gina then begins the news talking about the synagogue attack over the weekend, and the shooter’s first appearance in court. Other news stories include Apu being removed from the Simpsons, finding replacements for Megyn Kelly, and troops being deployed south in anticipation of the upcoming migrant caravan. They also talk about a Goodwill find worth thousands, and a guy who attempted to sell his wife on eBay. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss the Red Sox beating the Dodgers to win the World Series.
