Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam and Bryan argue about who President Trump tends to make fun of, and the narratives created by news organizations like CNN. Kyle Dunnigan is also in studio, and the guys play a round of ‘Blah Blah Blog’ with ‘President Trump’. Later, everyone listens to a clip of Alyssa Milano’s podcast, and Adam complains about the latest example of the ‘minimum wage gilded cage’ on his way to appearing on a Shark Week show.
Danny Trejo is in new studio next, and the guys talk about his new movie, ‘Madness in the Method’. They also chat about working with Jason Mewes, and how Danny has expanded his restaurant empire with Trejo’s Cantinas. Adam then asks Danny for his taco rankings, and the guys talk about cruising in Van Nuys, and why Danny’s dad wouldn’t let him dance the hokey pokey. Later they discuss what Danny learned from his time in prison, and get into a passionate discussion about schooling and parenting.
Gina begins the news talking about a missile launcher caught by TSA. They also discuss John Dillinger’s nephew getting a permit to temporarily exhume his grave, a Delta pilot removed from a plane and arrested on suspicions of being drunk, and new statistics about our nations binge-drinking habits. Danny also shares his thoughts on the homelessness crisis, and the guys react to a news story about Childish Gambino covering a Chris Gaines song. As the show wraps up, Danny talks about a fighter that he’s representing, and Adam and Shek bring today’s Good Sports.
