At the top of the podcast, Adam talks to Vinnie Tortorich about his coffee company, and how surprisingly hard it is to get good coffee. Vinnie then talks about the struggle to find good beans, and the guys watch some terrible vintage commercials. Adam also asks Vinnie to share some weight loss advice, and the guys talk about Mariah Carey’s gastric bypass surgery. Later they discuss how to cure seasickness, and take calls about maximizing your workout, and which nuts to eat.
After today’s ‘Good Sports’, Bald Bryan reviews ‘The Last Jedi’ for this week’s Baldywood. Gina then reads news stories about Anderson Cooper’s NYE outfit, Mike Tyson’s upcoming marijuana resort, and giving up alcohol for one month. Another story is about the Kardashians not keeping jewelry on their new property, which leads to an epic rant about Kanye West. As the show wraps up, the guys respond to a supposedly offensive street name in London, and Adam catches up with Isaac Hayes.
