02 Dec Chris Fenton
Today’s podcast opens with a discussion about how funny John Cena is. Adam then talks about shooting his next standup special in San Diego, and he shares a Frank Sinatra song he stumbled across during this past weekend’s Ace on the House. They also address a review for Ford v. Ferrari that suggests the movie has dangerous implications about climate change, and everyone listens to a Thanksgiving mash-up.
Chris Fenton is in studio next, and he talks about his early days working at William Morris, and becoming Adam’s first agent. They go through some of his early booking slips, and also discuss the relationship between culture and commerce as it relates to China. Later, everyone joins in on a Leftovers-themed round of the Rotten Tomatoes Game.
Gina begins today’s news with stories about Mariah Carey, Lori Laughlin and a horrifying helicopter rescue. They also talk about NASCAR adding some street courses to their season, a school bus driver caught drinking beer on the job, and Christmas tree controversy. As the show wraps up, Adam and Shek bring today’s Good Sports.
