Show Summary
Adam starts today’s pod talking about his interview with Larry King, who recently recovered from a coma. Adam also chats with Bryan and Gina about the Laurel vs. Yanny argument, and they go on to re-enact an awkward band meeting. Vinnie Tortorich then calls in to comment on yesterday’s ACS guest, who insisted on living a plant-based diet.
Cheryl Hines and Tony Cavalero are in studio next, and Adam talks with them about The Groundlings celebrating their 45th anniversary. Cheryl talks about her earliest days at The Groundlings, and Tony also shares how the legendary program helped him develop as an actor. Later they discuss other notable performers they’ve worked with, and the return of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Gina begins today’s news talking about an MLB umpire suing a former catcher for defamation.
