Show Summary

Adam opens today’s show talking with Bryan and Gina about what he learned from the recent David Foster documentary, including the crazy story of his car accident involving Ben Vereen. Gina then talks about watching ‘Mommie Dearest’ for the first time, and Adam complains about Sonny staying home from school. Later they compare the lunches of their youths to the childhood lunches of today, and they go on to talk with a caller about mean grandmas. Before the break, Chris joins the studio with some Trending Topics and viral videos.

Brian Baumgartner is on the line at the top of Part 2, and he jokes with the gang about his terrible hotel room. They also talk about ‘Welcome to Dunder Mifflin: The Ultimate Oral History of The Office’, and they discuss why the show has become so popular. Gina also asks Brian if there are any favorite scenes left on the cutting room floor, and for additional thoughts on his Office character, Kevin. Later Brian talks about his success on ‘Cameo’, and the guys watch video of Ralphie May taking a spill on Jimmy Kimmel Live. As the show wraps up, Gina reads news stories about HIV curing itself, the sentencing of the QAnon Shaman, Miramax suing Quentin Tarantino, The Duke Ellington School of the Arts, pet murder, pie-sized peanut butter cups, Jeff Bezos’ predictions for the future, and the world’s tiniest functioning hand gun.
