They also talk about losing weight by taking hot baths, and how MMA will only improve with the next generation of fighters. Later, they chat about the importance of staying relaxed and focused while fighting. Alison opens the news discussing the remains of the Boston bomber, and Adam speaks at length about big brother surveillance. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about the overdose of Chris Kelly, and what type of music Rampage likes to enter the octagon with.
