Adam opens the show excited to talk to Michael McKean about some of his most hilarious roles. The guys listen to some great tracks from Spinal Tap, and then Dr. Bruce provides Healthwatch stories about eCigs, the Zika virus, and quack doctors. Later the group talks about Natalia getting sick last week, and Adam rants about cable stations rating his movies without checking Rotten Tomatoes first. Before the break, the guys talk about the dangers of lead poisoning, and what to do when your burnout cousin is having a kid.
Michael McKean is in studio next, and Adam talks with him about an interaction he had with Bob Odenkirk. The guys then talk about the origins of Spinal Tap, and how weird it is to open for a band by doing comedy. Michael also talks about working on a script with his daughter, and what to expect in the next season of ‘Better Call Saul’. Gina begins the news with a story about last night’s televised production of Grease. They also talk about a doctor who claims to have a cure for HIV, and a Dancing with the Stars pro getting sued after a controversial tweet. Other news stories include a homeless man now accepting credit card donations, the results of this weekend’s West Coast storm, and a man fined after threatening to break a child’s legs on a flight. As the show wraps up, the guys talk about the importance of signing a prenup.
