Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam talks about Adam Ray bringing his step-dad up to Monterey, and how jealous he is of people who have decent step-parents. The guys then play a clip from Reasonable Doubt about Mark Geragos not being allowed to visit his own hotel during the Taco Bell promotion. After that, Adam talks about the big race in his Newman Porsche, as well as other experiences had hanging out in Monterey. Bald Bryan then talks about his bittersweet visit to Hawaii, and Gina shares stories from her summer vacation hanging with Teresa Strasser and visiting Las Vegas.
Adam Ray is in studio next, and the guys talk about their performance at the Golden State Theater while the guys were in Monterey. Adam Ray also compliments Carolla on his ability to crush every performance, and the guys discuss more funny moments from their weekend up north. Gina begins the news talking about the aftermath of Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide. They also discuss Elizabeth Warren’s apology, Heather Locklear’s return to treatment, and a car accident involving friends of the show Dana Gould and Bobcat Goldthwait. Other news stories involve sucker punches caught on film, Dwayne Johnson’s wedding, and early Super Bowl odds. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss the nation’s sandwich rankings, and Adam and Shek bring today’s Good Sports.
