Show Summary

At the top of the show, Adam wishes his former newsgirl Teresa Strasser a happy birthday, and talks about his rebellion against hippie culture. He also gives an update on his cold plunge tank, and the guys watch a clip from The View regarding free speech rights. Later, Adam compliments Gina on her NSNG solution to spiffing up some macadamia nuts, and the guys watch a clip from ‘Too Late with Adam Carolla’ featuring The Wheel of Ethnic Stereotypes. Before the break, Adam takes some listener calls about dirty beaches, Scientology, and OnlyFans.

Adam, Bryan and Gina open Part 2 of today’s podcast with commentary on a vintage video featuring Neil Diamond, Helen Reddy, and Henry Winkler. It reminds Adam of another vintage Neil Diamond concert, and the guys go on to discuss how everything went off the rails in the mid 70s. Later, Gina reads news stories about Kamala Harris’ trip to Guatemala, French President Emmanuel Macron getting slapped in the face, Chris Harrison’s settlement with The Bachelor, Shannon Sharpe and Julio Jones’s hot mic situation, Gwyneth Paltrow’s topless photos, a minor league baseball food scandal, and the ‘Joints for Jabs’ campaign. As the show wraps up, the guys discuss the return of the jump roping craze.
