Show Summary

Adam opens the show discussing Sonny & Natalia’s t-ball game. Adam shares his frustrations about Sonny not wearing his team hat, and complains about kids not being afraid of their parents anymore. He also rants about a commemorative award where his name was spelled wrong, and online comments that pissed him off. David Wild is also in studio, and talks with Adam about some songs you probably don’t know, but should.

Greg Fitzsimmons joins the podcast next, and the guys commiserate over how crappy LA is for getting a crowd to see your comedy show. They joke about performing in Colombia, and discuss the violence and prostitutes in the city. Greg and David also talk about a project they were working on together a while back, and Adam jumps in to reminisce over crappy producers.

In the last part of the show, the guys jump to the phones to take your relationship calls. Adam speaks with a caller who wants to know about abuse victims, and another who is considering getting into porn. They also talk with a caller dating a girl with three kids from three dads. As the show wraps up, Greg recalls almost getting into a fight in Mexico, and Adam discusses getting harassed in the Hollywood Hills.

Show Summary

Adam and the gang welcome Josh Gardner at the top of the show. Adam talks with him about the Man Show writer’s room days, and Josh jumps into his Deaf Frat Guy character. The guys also listen to the infamous Southern California Jewish Center commercial, and Adam looks through some old family photos. Josh then plays a song from his new album, and Adam takes a call from someone pitching a sci-fi novel.

Greg Fitzsimmons joins the show next, and he and Adam discuss the importance of comedians writing their own jokes. Alison then starts up the news, discussing the plea of the elementary school teacher who allegedly molested his students. They also talk about the new legislation that will prevent 911 information from being released to the public.

Later, the guys recall their favorite prank phone calls, and Alison talks about a new movement in the porn industry for its stars to wear condoms. Adam and Greg go on a jag about one-armed pitcher Jim Abbott, and also complain about how many handicap spots there are in certain parking lots. As the show wraps up, Adam takes your tweets for a round of What Can’t Adam Complain About.

Show Summary

Adam opens the show with complaints about the LAPD being fundraisers instead of protecting and serving the citizens. More specifically, he speaks about the recent accident that took place in front of his house, and the slow response from the police. Adam then takes a listener call about the moment he knew he ‘arrived.’

Greg Fitzsimmons joins the show next, and talks with Alison about recovering from her recent surgery. Alison then begins the news discussing the results of the Iowa caucus that are still coming in at the time of recording. The guys also talk about the recent trend of ‘glitter bombing,’ and some updates on the LA arsonist.

Wrapping up the news, Alison talks about the 16th season premiere of The Bachelor. The guys also discuss record high Superbowl ad prices, and Adam recalls when Dawson was uninvited from Kimmel’s football Sundays. The show ends with the guys discussing a very unusual way to prevent bear attacks.

Show Summary

Adam opens the podcast discussing an observation he made while watching the UFC fight from the weekend. Greg Fitzsimmons then comes in studio, and talks with Adam and the gang about his weekend in Vegas and why he’s done with strip clubs. The guys also discuss problems with water parks, and Greg’s new gas station game show, ‘Pumped.’

In the news, the protestors at Occupy Wall Street have been given permission to demonstrate in the park, but are not allowed to sleep there over night. The guys also talk about the latest Herman Cain interview snafu, and Adam suggests that the political system is too tightly regulated for any president to get anything done. Later, they have a lengthy discussion about the Sandusky scandal, and why we need to be more active in supporting the victims.

In the last part of the show, the guys jump to the phones to hear your Tales From The Cheap. Stories include a guy whose mom kept the dirty Styrofoam meat trays, a guy whose brother got a very interesting gift in his stocking, and a guy who got a bunch of pens for his birthday. The guys also share their own cheap stories, and the show wraps with a discussion of their first porno experiences.
