I have read several of his books and he always points out that the RICH pay much less taxes than the working middle class does. People who are self-employed pay 15% tax (Social Security) plus whatever other State and Federal Taxes then apply to the income. He points out that Rich pay much less in taxes because of Capital Gains and other tax breaks that only business owners can get. You might have to read one of his book to understand what he is trying to say.
