Unfortunately they played “The Gambler,” and not “Ruby” or “Coward of the County”. But maybe that was for the best, because Phish playing “Ruby” would’ve caused Mike’s head to explode and ripped up that silly plaid cap.
Gotta get this audiobook… I thought I had heard every story Adam had to offer, from his childhood already, after listening to every podcast since day one, but these are new stories..
Aside from that, I feel the deal has been, enjoy our free podcasts and then when Adam’s books come out, we gotta get em, thats our way of keeping the Pirate Ship afloat..
Anyway, I wonder if there are Donny and Sandy stories in there..?

Yeah, I stopped listening 20 minutes into this podcast. I can’t imagine paying money to hear the same old stories about his mom and her hippie friends and his carbon monoxide poisoning. I’ll buy the book entitled “Loveline: the Audiobook”. He and Drew can just take a bunch of new calls from today’s stupid teenagers. Now that’d be worth it!

Had to shut this one off after about 15 mins. Wow, who knew that complaining incessantly about ones boring upbringing would be bookworthy? Maybe we should all write books! Yawn. And this guy wonders why his mom and dad don’t trip over themselves to get him pictures for his book or listen to his shows or attend his performances after he makes them the butt of every joke that he tells…. Stick with comedy, dude. Lay off the narcissism. Nobody cares about your boring childhood or your bizarre political views. That’s not why we download the podcast.

Love the first two chapters, I like hearing about his life and sometimes find it very moving, I hate listening to his rants and his bitching about being rich and paying taxes. But I love hearing about his life

Please ask Adam to talk some on the podcast about his college football career,
how he got recruited, what team he played for and against what teams, memorable ups-and-downs, etc..
He tried playing at the Junior College level, but quickly realized that he actually sucked outside of a low ranked, low division high school team, or pop warner. He wasn’t very good, so he quit during his first year when things got real. No grit.
thinking about when Adam asks his parents why no middle name.
I have 2 thoughs about that. what if they answered that adam was his middle name and he found out he doesn’t have a 1st name.

Saw Adam on O’Reilly. Last time he was on, he was fed from another studio, I thought he looked sickly or scared or intimidated. This time in studio he looked relaxed and was funny. Good stuff, Aceman.
Im a fan of Adam but the book was not worth what I paid for I think the first book was ok but the this one was crap Im sick of hear talk shit about his Mom and Dad if u feel they have did u so wrong then stop dealing with them asshole

I just bought Not Taco Bell Material on Audible and I have to say Adam did a great job with the audible book. I got 8 hours of Adams nasally drone for about $13 or 1 credit. It was well worth it.

I ordered my book back 6 mos ago when they were first available to order, and just like clock work it was delivered to my porch on Tuesday. “Keeping the ship afloat”. When is Howard going to podcast? It would be sweet to hear the Howard and Adam show.

This audio book sounds so much better than the 50 years book. Adam is more comfortable this time and riffs at will. I hope this becomes a 6 hour comedy album.
