Adam opens the show joking with Alison and Bryan about the power of a t-shirt or business card. The guys then go straight to the news and talk about a settled lawsuit dealing with a woman who had her infant taken away after a poppy seed bagel forced her to fail a drug test. They also discuss a company in Idaho making bullets laced with pork, and Fred Armisen’s departure from Saturday Night Live.
Lee Cheng enters the studio next and speaks honestly about his thoughts on patent trolls and their attorneys. The guys discuss some of the bigger damages that have been done by patent trolls in the past, and why this is a problem that won’t be going anyway anytime soon. The show wraps up with a discussion about China’s public debate about the legality of ‘happy endings’.
