It was more of a comment about him as the boss than the guy throwing the ball. Like, “how easy going a boss am I that this guy feels like he can get away with this behavior?” And the answer is, so easy going that he didn’t make a big deal of it or ever say anything.

“you will read more about that later”
It is an AUDIO book, so you will ‘hear’ things, not ‘read’ them.
Surely he could have easily said ‘hear’ instead of ‘read’ when recording it.
